1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickRev website (quickrev.ca), ordering tires, or scheduling mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickRev Inc.

2. Tire Sales & Fulfillment

All tire orders placed through QuickRev are subject to product availability. Tire inventory and drop-ship delivery are fulfilled through our certified regional canadian tire warehouses network. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith; QuickRev is not liable for carrier delays resulting from severe weather or transit interruptions.

3. Pricing, Errors & Taxes

All prices displayed on quickrev.ca are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable provincial sales taxes (14% HST for Nova Scotia) and pre-tax Environmental Handling Fees ($4.50 per tire under Divert NS Registration #TP0806) are itemized transparently before payment. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Mobile Installation Service Conditions

When booking on-site mobile tire installation or changeover services within HRM:

• Safe Workspace: The customer must provide safe, legal, and level parking access (private driveway or permitted parking lot) free of ice, steep inclines, or obstructions.
• Wheel Lug Torque Re-Check: QuickRev technicians torque all wheel lug nuts to manufacturer specifications using calibrated torque wrenches. As standard automotive safety procedure, customers are advised to have wheel lug nuts re-torqued after driving 100 kilometers.
• Pre-Service Inspection: Technicians inspect wheels prior to service. QuickRev is not liable for pre-existing rim corrosion, stripped studs, or seized bolts.

5. Environmental Stewardship (Divert NS)

QuickRev is an official registered retailer under the Nova Scotia Used Tire Management Program (Divert NS / Resource Recovery Fund Board, Registration #TP0806). Environmental Handling Fees collected on qualifying passenger and light truck tires are remitted in full to support 100% tire recycling in Nova Scotia.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickRev Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products, service delays, or site downtime. Our aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service ordered.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
