- Vehicle Details: Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and tire specifications (width, aspect ratio, rim diameter) to verify fitment accuracy.
- Appointment Location: Driveway or parking address in HRM for our mobile service van.
3. Payment Data Security (PCI-DSS)
All payment transactions on QuickRev are processed through Helcim, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Your sensitive credit card numbers are tokenized in real time. QuickRev never stores, sees, or retains your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is disclosed solely to authorized service partners necessary for fulfilling your order:
- Fulfillment & Logistics: Your delivery address is shared with our regional canadian tire warehouses and freight carriers to complete tire drop-shipping.
- Regulatory Compliance: Aggregated tire unit counts are reported for provincial tire recycling compliance under Divert NS Registration #TP0806 (no personal customer identities are disclosed).
